All Creatures Veterinary Clinic & Lodge’s journey began over 25 years ago, and we’ve been the trustworthy neighborhood family of veterinarians in Northeast Ohio ever since. We opened our doors to the community in 1991 with our Rittman location and began offering a complete menu of services to dogs and cats.

With the establishment of our animal hospital in Rittman in 1991, it wasn’t long before our veterinarian saw a very obvious need for a carefree and safe environment where dogs and cats could board in comfort. Our aim was to make boarding an easier choice for people who were concerned about placing their pets in the best hands. To this day, the Lodge at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic and Lodge boasts an attentive, well-trained lodge staff who will treat your pet as their own.

Since 1991, All Creatures Veterinary Clinic has offered your pets high-quality veterinary care. We expanded our veterinary practice campus by creating a boarding and daycare facility for our clients’ pets as well as our own. As our personal pet family expanded over the years, Dr. Markley and I wanted to provide a fun, carefree, and safe environment for our five dogs where they could safely interact with each other and make new pet friends while we worked at the clinic. Our five dogs and six cats also needed a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment to board when we had the opportunity to take a vacation.
Even though it seems unbearable at times to leave our pets, we know from experience that our “babies” will receive the best care from our attentive and well-trained lodge staff. Even our own cats, as purr-snickety as they can be, enjoy their “petcations” in our roomy cat condos, including one-on-one time with a staff member and a variety of toys in the cat condo area.
The Lodge at All Creatures offers three animal boarding options, including choice of accommodations including private suites, bathing, fun activities, and special treats to meet all of your pets’ boarding needs.
Dog Daycare is offered on a daily basis, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (pets can begin being dropped off at 7:00 AM).

It didn’t take long for us to realize the growing need for a larger clinic that could better accommodate our patients and clients, so in 2001, we relocated to a more spacious facility on Sheets Rd. Our goal has remained the same over the years: to offer each patient personalized and complete care in a client and patient-care-centered atmosphere.
